What time do you open?
We do not have regular hours of operation. The box office opens one hour prior to show time and we close after the movie ends.

What are your movie times?

What are your ticket prices?
Ticket prices range from $5-$8, depending upon your ticket level. Matinee movies are $5 for downstairs. View our ticket prices page for details.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased one hour prior to show time at the box office.
Do you take credit cards?
We accept cash or credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.
Do you have reserved seating?
No, we do not have reserved seating. All seating is first come, first serve.
Is your building handicap accessible?
Most of the venue is handicap accessible and we are in the process of adding additional bathrooms that are more accessible.
Where is parking?
The Luez Theater is located in Downtown Bolivar with plenty of free, street parking. Please DO NOT park in Maxwell’s Big Star parking lot.
Do you rent the theater?
The Theater is available for rentals and our max capacity is 218 seats. It can be rented for birthdays, fundraisers, concerts, small theatre productions, weddings, and other special events. View our rental page for details and pricing.
Do you allow outside food to be brought in?
ONLY APPLIES FOR BALCONY SEATING: Food may be brought in to the theater. You are also welcome to order food from the Biscuitry next door.
